Frequently asked questions

What's actually included in managed IT support?

Proactive monitoring and maintenance, helpdesk support (remote and on-site), software and security patching, network performance optimisation, and IT strategy and planning. The exact scope is tailored to your business in a bespoke package.

Do you provide on-site visits as well as remote support?

Yes — our helpdesk covers both. Remote for speed (most issues are resolved this way), and on-site attendance when the problem needs hands on it.

Can I start with ad-hoc support and upgrade to managed later?

Yes — remote support is offered as one-off assistance or as part of an ongoing managed package. Many clients start with ad-hoc and move to managed once they see the value of proactive cover.

Do you cover rural as well as urban areas?

Yes — we serve businesses across Staffordshire including challenging rural locations, using the full range of connection types to find what works.

What is Cyber Essentials?

A UK Government-backed certification scheme that verifies a business has a baseline of cyber security controls in place to protect against common attacks.
